Beginning therapy is about you, your courage, your story, and your desire for something to feel different. If you are here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply. Whatever brings you in, this space is designed to center you.

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Therapy can be a place where you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin building tools that actually work for your life. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you, whether that is managing anxiety, healing from trauma, exploring identity, strengthening relationships, or navigating a major life transition.

If you are a survivor of domestic violence or human trafficking, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, impacted by systemic oppression or generational trauma, or feeling disconnected from traditional models of therapy, your lived experience will be honored here. Your cultural identity, values, and strengths are not side notes. They are central to the work.

Our sessions will help you develop practical skills for emotional regulation, deepen self understanding, and move toward empowerment in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. The approach is collaborative and intentional, integrating evidence based practices while remaining flexible to what you need in the moment.

This is your space to show up fully. You can be messy, hopeful, uncertain, strong, grieving, or evolving. Change happens when you feel safe enough to be real. You do not have to do this alone.
