Emotions come in all sizes, and sometimes they can feel so tangled or overwhelming that it’s hard to even name what’s going on. Anxiety and trauma can leave both the mind and body on edge, making it hard to feel calm, grounded, or safe. You might notice racing thoughts, constant worry, or a sense that your body is always bracing for something to go wrong. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to work through it on your own.

My goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to find relief. Together, we’ll explore how anxiety and trauma are showing up in your life and use evidence-based approaches to help you process, heal, and regain a sense of balance.

I strive to create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment—a place where you can simply be yourself. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I know it isn’t always easy to take that first step. My role is to walk alongside you at your own pace, offering empathy, validation, and guidance as you move toward greater peace, confidence, and connection.
