If you’re feeling ready to make a change or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can be a meaningful place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you. You don’t have to do it alone—growth happens through support and understanding.

I work with teens, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are navigating anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, relationship or family conflict, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and feel more grounded in who they are.

For women experiencing perinatal or postpartum challenges, therapy offers a safe, compassionate space to explore emotions, adjust to new roles, and build supportive connections that foster healing and resilience.

My approach is collaborative and person-centered—you set the pace, and together we work toward clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but with understanding and support, meaningful change is possible.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
